Prior to going into Real Estate in July, 2007, Liz's background as a CPA in both public and private accounting for over 22 years gave her the experience to work well with clients, negotiate contracts and manage her own workload.  

In July 2007, Liz bergan working at keller Williams LLC, in Highlands Ranch.  For three plus years she had excellent training in Real Estate Contracts, Listings and Wokring with Buyers.  In 2011, Liz became her own Broker and Leutwyler Realty was created.  In 2015, Liz became a Managing Broker and was able to add Broker Associates to the business.

During her years as a Realtor, she has worked as both a Buyer's Agent and Listing Agent.  She has helped many first time Homebuyer's not only find their first home, but find the necessary means to be able to qualify and purchase their first home.  Her skills of thinking "outside the box" have allowed numerous deals to not only work, but to enable all parties to benefit from a home sale or purchase.  She strives for personal service for each client.
