If we're dreaming, we'd want to find a spot that you get to by following the river down the highway, over the bridge, and through a beautiful neighborhood of homes on 10-acre parcels. Imagine a spot that feels like it's away from it all but also provides easy access to amenities. A spot with a charming covered front porch for early morning wildlife watching or sunset views.  A spot with an attached three-car garage. A spot with a flat, sun-soaked lot. A spot with a huge barn or secondary garage, a greenhouse for those with a green thumb and even an additional storage shed. A spot with usable acreage that makes you feel like you are in a park on your own, private 10 acres. A spot with upper and lower back decks for stargazing or gathering with those closest to you. If we were being really picky, we'd love the upper deck to have a hot tub and the lower deck to have a swing in the shade for sunny afternoons. If soaking in the outdoors from inside is more your style, we'd love a sunroom too. A spot that been meticulously maintained and features high-end finishes throughout, including engineered mesquite hardwood floors throughout most of the main level and a soapstone wood-burning stove. A spot with a main floor laundry room and oversized mudroom. A spot with a walk-in pantry others only dream about having. A spot with a lower-level ideal for entertaining, complete with an office or craft room, two bedrooms, a huge secondary living room, a wet bar, a man cave, a vault room, and access to the fenced back yard. Sounds like a tough spot to find right? Well, we found it - 19948 Argentine Way. Homes like this are few and far between. Trust me this one won't last long.
