About Peter Schaefer

I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Real Estate and Finance and spent 13 years in sales before getting my real estate license in 2007. Being a realtor combines my love for building customer relationships with my passion for “all things house.” 

In addition to representing customers, I’ve been both a buyer and a seller multiple times(over 30) so I know what you are going through for both sides of the transaction process. My wife and I are blessed with our 5 yr old Emerie and 8 yr old Everett and they are learning all about houses and construction too. Everett is very smart and personable so I can see that he will be taking over soon. We like snow and water skiing, biking and traveling when we get chance too.
