I have lived in Colorado for over 50 years. I have been assisting my clients, both buyers and sellers, ti make their dreams of homeownership a reality. Whether it’s a first home, second or third, or downsizing when all that space they once needed becomes just more than they need. I have been blessed with many friendships that have only grown stronger throughout the years. I have also had a great deal of experience with investment properties, I have located the deals, negotiating a fair acquisition price all the way to listing after remodel/update, working to assist on appraisals by collecting and furnishing all pertinent information and details in order to receive the highest value in area at time of closing.
