I was born in Madison WI, but I was raised here, Colorado since 1970. In fact, my parents still live in the same home in Green Mountain, a subdivision of Lakewood. Green Mountain was a wonderful place to grow up. There were lots of kids for my brothers and I to play with. It is fun to see the neighborhood recycle and new families moving in with young kids. Since then, I have lived in Lakewood, Golden, Arvada, and now Indian Hills. Colorado has changed quite a bit since 1970, but the Colorado lifestyle continues. I graduated from Colorado State University, Ft. Collins with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science. For 10 years I worked at a DOE facility managing their corporate wellness program and conducting fitness testing and training for their onsite security and fire department. That is where I met my husband. We went off and started our own coffee kiosk business in 2000. It was a conflicting transition for me to go from health and wellness into serving people sugary coffee drinks. In 2004 we sold all our locations. In 2005 I earned my real estate license and have enjoyed being a full time Realtor. Because I have grown up in the Denver Metro I feel l can bring a lot of good insight to a real estate transaction, listing or purchasing. One of my best strengths is being a good listener. Whether you are buying or selling I will hear your needs and put them as a priority. What I enjoy most with being a Realtor is the relationships I have made along the way. I love helping people make their Colorado lifestyle dreams a reality. In my free time I love to be in the outdoors. I am a former pro mountain bike racer and off road triathlete. My husband and I have competed in 12 hour adventure races as well. Although I am no longer racing, I still love to be out on the trails biking, running or hiking.
