Welcome to 2024! The real estate market continues to be an up and down process. As always, we try to find inventive ways to carry on and keep you informed of the best strategy whether your selling a house or buying a house. I continue to be thankful for all of your friendships.
Each day I am excited to go to work and find new ways to help my clients. Two of the events that we did in 2023, one was one with Colorado Estate Matters, that event was very educational and Justin Blow with Colorado Estate Matters gave a lot of insight on estates, trust and wills and how to protect yourself and your assets. This was a fun event, and I served dinner to everyone who came. It was so much fun seeing everyone who came to the event. The second event that we did last year was the Santa Claus event. This Santa Claus is very famous and has been written up in many articles including Time Magazine. It was so much fun to hang out with such a special Santa. This year we will have another Santa Claus event - and we hope that more of you can make it. It will be Dec 13th 2024 in case you want to put it on your calendar to bring your family and friends. We serve hot chocolate and treats and there’s no waiting in line. We reserve you a special spot.
I continue to help stage and decorate homes to help facilitate a better sale for a strong return on your investment. After 30 years of selling real estate I also love to help with finding an investment property for a rental, a second home or your forever home.

SUMMER AND STACEY
Teagan is getting ready to go to college and he will be playing football at Chadron State in Nebraska. The twins Gavin and Bradon are halfway through their first year of high school and are still playing competitive soccer. Sumer continues to be a Manager of Judicial Services-Department of School Safety at Jeffco Public Schools - Colorado. Stacey is a lieutenant in Denver and has been working for Denver PD now for 19 years.
JESSICA AND FITZ
A big congratulations to Fitz as he became a sergeant for Boulder in January. Shane is still loving football and baseball. Scarlett Rose continues to excel in dance and now doing solos in competitions at only seven years old. She’s a real natural. Maverick Jack - he is so adorable and loves to give puppy kisses.
JEWELS AND DAVID
Jewels has a new baby, Philly who is one and a half years old. She named her Dahlia and her nickname is Dally. She came from Colorado Horse Rescue and you’ll see a photo of her and her mom when she was born. She continues to work as a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor at Praying Hands Ranch. David is now working full time with Aurora Police Department. To say the least, having three son and laws who are al police officers helps us feel safe. I love sharing my family with you and getting to know your family I look forward to keeping in touch. As alway I am here for you personally and in real estate.
