I have lived in my home for 20 plus years, I am still discovering what I love about the place. My home was a great place to raise my son, plenty of yard to grow a child to an adult. Sledding in the winter. Bike riding and bike jumps in the yard and drive. Later a level back yard to practice his LaCross. He would ride his bike with friends down the giant hill on Dorothy to the trail head of Denver Mt. Parks, past the tennis courts, crossing the road at pedestrian walk way to the roads in Wilmont Woods, to fish at Evergreen Lake with more friends. As he grew, he would walk home the same trail through Denver Mt Parks, from High School in those awkward years, before he could drive, but he did not want to ride the bus, and I was at work and could not pick him up from school. He and his friends would carve wood in the barn, repair their bikes and store his Kayak. Many great memories, to love.I also love that we created the perfect camping spot, in the back yard. The water feature creates tranquility, The fire place can be more therapeutic than watching TV. The gazebo was here when we bought, with a little love and a paint, still provides a shaded spot to enjoy your favorite beverage, to ride out the brief rain storm or watch it snow.I love the sweet smell the forest after a rain. The animals that are my neighbors, I love meeting their new family members, and awe at the beauty of it all. I love when the animals pose for pictures on my outdoor cameras. I love watching a herd of 50 or more elk move through the front yard, from the safety of my deck, hearing the bulls call and the calves mew to the cows, just to hear them panting from their run and excitement is, remarkable.I feed the birds, winter& summer nuts and berries for the Hatchers and wood peckers, summer hummingbirds too.I also love the quiet. The star lite night sky. The wind in the leaves…the wonder of the garden. I LOVE my house because it is so much more than a shelter. PRO PHOTOS TO FOLLOW WITH FLOOR PLAN
