A Colorado native, Karen Rose has lived in the Boulder County area since 1987, recently making a move to Berthoud. With a background in banking and office management, and a passion for houses, Karen has a unique perspective when it comes to real estate. Having bought and sold seven homes in 30 years, most recently in 2019, she has a true understanding of the emotions and stress that can come from a real estate transaction, as well as the excitement of finding that home that truly “speaks” to you.
