Hi! I’m Rondi duPont, a REALTOR® with a background that blends extensive experience in event planning and real estate. After graduating from the University of Evansville in Indiana, I moved to Colorado, where I began my career as a corporate event planner. I worked with several destination management companies in Vail and various non-profit organizations across the state. This role allowed me to connect with local businesses and community members while honing my creativity and attention to detail.

Transitioning to real estate in 2013 was a natural progression, as I was seeking a dynamic, challenging career that would keep me connected to my community. It’s been the perfect fit, combining my skills in multitasking and detail management with my passion for helping others.

For me, the most rewarding aspect of being a REALTOR® is putting my life experiences to work for my clients. I love being able to help others by channeling the detail-oriented and multi-tasking skills I developed in event planning, along with my knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. The joy I see in my clients when they successfully purchase or sell their home is truly my greatest reward. My goal is always to make the process smooth, enjoyable, and as rewarding as possible for everyone involved.
