A fifth-generation Coloradan, Cherry Creek High School and University of Colorado Boulder Business School Alum, Britt has an intimate knowledge of many neighborhoods across the greater metro area. Choosing a real estate career 20 years ago was the perfect fit. “It taps into my passions for lifestyle, investing, architecture, design, and people!”
After getting her license, she launched her career in Downtown Denver with Fuller Towne & Country, then merged with LIV Sotheby’s Cherry Creek North office. A five-year stint in commercial real estate confirmed that her heart was truly in residential, and she jumped at the opportunity to join Kentwood alongside her partner Tom Gross. She has always enjoyed being part of smaller boutique brokerages, establishing cherished professional relationships that still prove invaluable. As for Kentwood, “the Kentwood brand has always stood for the same values. It’s maintained its roots in the community.”
As one of Kentwood’s top teams doing over $30M in business annually, she and Tom are extremely protective of their client's investments and handle each property as if it were their own. “I think that I differentiate myself by focusing my ability to carefully listen and understand my client’s needs and desires. I try to see the world through their eyes and assist them to stay on course to achieve their goals. On occasion, this may even include counseling them to step back from a hasty decision. By focusing on my client’s long-term goals, it goes without saying, their success is my success.”
While she considers herself a dealmaker first, her client’s equally value her skills as a fierce and relentless negotiator. Britt’s top priority is to ensure her client’s interests are protected. Her comprehensive knowledge of construction combined with her market expertise provide a truly exceptional experience. She practices with honesty, integrity, and authenticity that has borne many valued client friendships over the years.
For Britt, ‘escape’ means spending time with her family in the mountains. Hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, and enjoying all that our beautiful state has to offer. A life-long tennis player, she is also a member of the Leadership Cherry Creek Association and supports the KATA Foundation with the Tom Gross Team.
She and her husband live in The Pinery in Parker, CO, raising their daughter with the smell of pine trees in the air and deer grazing out their window. A self-proclaimed “city girl” who has grown to appreciate what country life has to offer. Britt loves that real estate allows her to spend time in both worlds, sharing her knowledge and insight with clients. Whether you prefer a four-story home in The Highlands or forty acres in Elizabeth, she can successfully help you attain your dreams.
