Josie founded The Apodaca Team in 1995 and she is passionate about everything in the real estate industry. Josie has the personal knowledge and experience to guide her clients in making wise financial decisions when it comes to buying or selling a home. She has personally owned 41 homes.
Josie has owned and managed several real estate offices, as well as a mortgage company. Owning a mortgage company gave her specialized knowledge that helped her to be better Realtor, including first time buyer programs, jumbo loans, bridge loans, investments loans and more.
Josie’s success in the real estate industry can be attributed to her extensive knowledge of the local market and her ability to build lasting relationships with her clients. Her dedication to her craft has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor, and she is often sought out for her expert advice and guidance.
