Duane Alexander Conrad was Born in the Bronx, New York 1969 and moved with his family to South Florida in the early 1970's.
He grew up in Broward County (Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Weston) graduated from Weston High School and attended college locally.
After purchasing and renovating several homes he became a licensed Realtor in the early 2000's and moved to Parkland.
Duane was contacted by WCI in 2009 and successfully reopened Parkland Golf & Country Club in 2010.
Sold the first remediated CDW home to start the rejuvenation of PGCC, the most exclusive development in Parkland.
After the sale of PGCC to Toll Brothers. Duane reopened another WCI Community, Heron Bay and built the final 500 homes.
