Warning! The view from this home will distract you and capture your full attention. Views like this are what dreams are made of. This home has been loved for many years by its current owner, but now it's ready for your finishing touches. This Conifer home has a great layout with incredible views from just about every window. The upper-level kitchen overlooks the dining room which perfectly frames the Pikes Peak view and the living room has the perfect wall of windows to capture the view as well. The master bedroom has an en suite bath and a small deck which allows you to literally see Pikes Peak from your pillow. The main level also has a wonderful office and access to the front deck and back yard area. A newer composite deck out front makes the perfect spot to soak in the views or star gaze at night. The home does not have a garage but does have two great storage spaces. The Seller is selling this home strictly AS IS. The seller needs a cash offer as this home does need all new siding and some interior finishing touches so bring your tool belt and hurry to Conifer, this one won't last long. The master bedroom and one of the bedrooms in the lower level do not have built-in closets as the seller used dressers and armoires.
