A Colorado native, Ashley started in the industry with a real estate team as an inside sales agent. After acquiring leads, listings, and buyers daily for her leadership team, she realized that she was born for the world of real estate. She learned all of the in’s and out’s of the business from the bottom up. She worked her way from a top showing agent, to helping clients find their dream home and negotiating contracts, attending training sessions and closings, and all being done while working on a fast-paced team. Ashley spent many hours working under great leadership within the brokerage. After years of experience, she then moved on to a smaller boutique brokerage, which was focused on individual growth and residential real estate knowledge of negotiation and clientele. There, she worked with clients on listing their homes for top dollar, using her knowledge to help buyers obtain homes in a competitive market. She also assisted investors navigating their investments in the crazy market. After many years of experience and many transactions, she was prompted to open Sparrow Gait Realty as an Employing Broker, Owner and top producer within the community. As a member of DMAR, she is placed in a special category of agents known as realtors, who are required to uphold The Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethics comprises 17 articles covering different areas of professional standards of practice, which must be upheld at all times. Ashley is certified in land, accounts and trusts, with specialties such as water rights and septic, and much more, all of which are all important when looking to move within Colorado. When she is not practicing real estate, Ashley spends time with her children, her family, and her animals. Her family has a passion for the equine industry which prompted her niche of horse properties and mountain properties.
